School is back in session. And parents across the country let out a collective “halleluiah”! But amidst the joy and excitement, there is still the anticipation of all the sniffles, coughs and sore throats that inevitably pass their way around the classroom . As parents, our natural tendency is to do everything we can to shield our children, supporting them both emotionally and physically. While we can’t protect our kids against every illness, there are several things we can do to support their health right now.
I get this question a lot.
Patient: “I think I know what to do to be healthy, but it seems like no matter what I do, I don’t feel any better in the long-run. Why do I keep failing?”
My Response: “Unfortunately, you haven't been equipped with the right kind of support. While it certainly requires your commitment to a process, here’s what I do as a health coach that can help you live a healthier life…”
